Community Based Victim Services
The Community Based Victim Services (CBVS) program provides crisis and emotional support, information, risk recognition and safety planning, assistance with understanding the justice system, and accompaniment to court.
The program supports women and men who are victims of domestic, intimate-partner and sexualized violence. It is suitable for those who have experienced recent violence or abuse as well as for their family members if needed. There is no need to have reported the crime to receive service. Our CBVS workers will support you in whatever plan you develop to respond to the abuse.
